NSEA Above & Beyond Certification Program
The National Student Employment Association is happy to offer the Above &
Beyond Certification Program to all members. The association truly appreciates
the contributions of members and endeavors to create avenues to applaud their
accomplishments. Through this program participants receive a professionally
framed Above & Beyond Certificate of Completion to verify their attendance
at six Above & Beyond conference sessions, to celebrate their completion of
S.E.E. Training or five years of experience in the field of student employment,
and applaud their contribution to the association in the form of an article for
the Journal of Student Employment or a presentation at a National Conference.
The Above & Beyond Certificate of Completion Program not only distinguishes
participants as valued members of the organization, but displays to colleagues
and employers a high level of proficiency in their discipline.
Each NSEA member is eligible to participate in the Above & Beyond

National Student Employee of the Year
(SEOTY)
Each spring, NSEA coordinates a selection process and chooses
the National Student Employee of
the Year to recognize the outstanding contributions and
achievements of students who work while attending college.
NSEA Awards
NSEA highly values the contributions made by the membership
to strengthen the student employment profession and our professional
organization. To recognize the extraordinary contributions made
by our members, NSEA has the following set of distinguished
